In the labyrinth of the modern world, where technology and progress are predominant, there is a silent yet unstoppable undercurrent to heal the wounded Feminine flowing through our consciousness. This healing is not confined to gender; it is a restoration of the Feminine principle that creates, nurtures, and sustains life. We must reclaim these sacred energies to restore balance to our world.
According to Vedic wisdom, the feminine principle is revered as the dynamic creative force that shapes the universe. It also embodies qualities such as compassion, intuition, and interconnectedness—traits that have been overshadowed by the relentless drive for material progress and power of the masculine souls in charge (see Why Martial Souls Rule The World). This imbalance has led to a disconnection from the natural world and to the value of life, which can be seen in the utter disregard for the planet and the great number of women being abused and killed everywhere.
And yet, this is the natural unfolding of a masculine cosmic cycle reaching its extreme before coming to an end, like the darkest part of the night before dawn (see Self-Ascension Into 5th Dimension – Part One). But the balanced integration of internal feminine and masculine energies is essential to achieve harmony on a physical and mental levels, as well as to gain spiritual freedom. The wounded feminine represents a deep disconnection, so healing it in ourselves and the Earth involves great self-awareness and love, going against our conditioning and the distorted ideas that have predominated for thousands of years.
The Wound of Disconnection
Healing the wounded Feminine on the planet is a journey of collective awakening and awareness of our ignorant, selfish actions motivated by fear and a sense of deficiency. We are beginning to witness a transformation in the way we perceive each other and the desire for more sustainable, earth-friendly methods and products. But we can also observe the struggle to remove the division produced by the ego-mind that has maintained such an imbalanced status quo for so long.
Now is the time to restore balance between Feminine and Masculine, intuition and logic, and our inner and outer realities. But we must do it from within; any external change, as history has proven time and again, is either temporary or happens only in appearance. For a deep transformation, we need to recognize that our experience of reality emerges from our subconscious—desires, memories, and karma—which the Feminine principle turns into forms, including the interactions and dynamics with others.
Like a dream, your life is an individualized projection of past impressions and memories hidden in the causal body that cause you to experience what and how you experience life in your mind (see Your Life-Movie Is a Dream Within a Dream). This dream encompasses not only your personal world but also expands beyond it as your sense of otherness—anything that appears external and maintains the delusion of duality or separation: the planets, galaxies, universes, as well as cosmic dimensions, gods, spirits, devas, devis, angels, guides, and so on.
In truth, it is all the one Self unfolding into eternity through its feminine principle. Infinite Consciousness manifests and expands from within ourselves, so any transformation also has to occur from within. When we promote balance in ourselves by removing outdated beliefs and destructive habits, we create a sustainable and harmonious future. It’s vital to develop detachment and discrimination for this.
On a personal level, the wounded Feminine is expressed through the impulsive need to mother others, become a “fixer,” or try to “fix” others (or the world) to feel useful or gain validation. It is also the impulsive, chameleon-like reaction to the desires of the dominant (Masculine). For instance, it shows in a person (usually a woman) when a partner says, “I want such and such,” and that person replies, “Me too!” without reflecting on what they really feel or want. Suppressing that inner voice is diminishing the feminine, inward aspect of our individuality or sense of self.
When we diminish our sense of self in any way to make more room for otherness, we hurt the Feminine principle that guides us toward the ultimate goal of Liberation—that is, our intuitive wisdom. In contrast, when we turn the mind inward to become aware of our feelings and impulses, and instead of reacting we seek the source of our reality, we balance things out; the egoic sense of otherness promoting duality and conflict diminishes and our sense of self gives way to the true, eternal Self we are.
Aligning With the Divine Feminine
Reclaiming the Feminine principle of love, creativity, and inner guidance begins by reconnecting with ourselves to better understand the world around us. Here are some steps to guide you on this healing journey:
- Nurture Self-Compassion: Remove judgment and embrace compassion. Accept your vulnerabilities and imperfections, recognizing them as pathways to self-awareness and growth. Practice mindfulness, meditation, or self-inquiry to cultivate inwardness.
- Reconnect with Nature: Our disconnection from nature has mirrored the disconnection with ourselves. Spend time in natural spaces, listen to the rhythms of the Earth, and allow nature to inspire and ground you. This also quiets the mind and promotes healing at every level.
- Embrace Creativity: The Feminine thrives through your creativity and self-expression. Engage in creative endeavors that resonate with you—be it painting, writing, dancing, or any form of artistic expression—for the sake of expression (not validation). This nurtures your sense of self and also helps you master the mind by using it it as a tool instead of identifying with it and following it blindly.
- Foster Community and Collaboration: We all yearn for community and balanced collaboration. Create and/or participate in communities based on supporting and uplifting of each other. Engage in dialogues that foster cooperation, individual expression, respect, and critical thinking. Avoid anything cult-like! :-)
- Honor Life’s Cycles: Recognize and embrace the natural cycles within and around you. This includes understanding the ebb and flow of your own energy and the cyclical nature of life. By aligning with these rhythms, you tap into a deeper wisdom and harmony without clinging to anything.
- Embrace Intuition: Reconnect with your intuitive self, the inner voice that often gets drowned out by your sense of otherness or inner bully. Trust your intuition as a guiding compass, allowing it to lead you toward choices aligned with your inner wisdom. Intuition is not impulsive, but the ego is, so make sure it’s your inner voice, and not veiled desires or fears (see How Do You Know if You’re Acting From Intuition or Fear?).
