How Can We Heal the Wounded Feminine By Saving Democracy?

Defending freedom in the USAI had to think long and hard before deciding to write this because I’m not much into politics, which is all about external power. I believe that we are all here to discover our true power: Awareness and Love. But the recent events in the U.S. government prompted me to do it; karma is always collective, so these issues affect not only Americans but the global community. I hope it’s helpful.

I wasn’t sure how to address the swift takeover of our government without sounding like I’m in denial of the seriousness of the situation (by trying to find a silver lining) or like I’m giving up hope due to the feelings triggered by the attack on freedom, equality, and humanitarian aid that have made America a leading force for democracy in the world. No matter how corrupt, broken, or wasteful you may think our system is, trampling over the Constitution and rolling back the essential liberties, programs, and safeguards people need is absolutely unacceptable to me.

I do see the seriousness of it all and, at the same time, I know that it is a dreamworld unfolding on its own, over which I don’t have much control. If you’ve read The Indigo Journals, you know that I hold memories of the crumbling of Atlantis and our fall into 3rd dimension. Most of us do on a subconscious level as ingrained emotional patterns associated with those painful soul memories and other historic memories. It’s hard not to give into an apocalyptic view full of fear, knowing how brutally destructive a government led by martial souls can become (see Why Martial Souls Rule The World).

And yet, I remind myself that nothing is permanent and everything happens as it is meant to happen for reasons we cannot understand. It is the eternal Self unfolding on its own. This doesn’t mean that you simply give up and do nothing about it; your body and mind are the vehicles through which life manifests. You can remain detached while doing exactly what you are driven (or meant) to do, which in this case is fighting the toxic forces that perpetuate division and suffering. You empower the wounded Feminine on an individual level and by strengthening your sense of community by joining forces with those you resonate with. More importantly, you delve more deeply into your spiritual work to transcend the ego-mind that creates all the drama and pain, by expanding Awareness and using your inner power to transform the world from within.

You Are Here to Heal the Wounded Feminine

It starts by embracing life as love: loving yourself and others, seeing them as the egoic subconscious aspects of yourself that you project as the world—what I call your sense of otherness. and knowing that the idea of separation is just an idea: we are all the One eternal Self experiencing itself in human form. The wounded Feminine represents the social and cultural injuries inflicted upon our feminine qualities, often manifesting as systemic misogyny, inequality, and the devaluation of the aspects that make us truly human rather than just “thinking animals,” such as empathy, creativity, intuition, self-awareness, and love.

In the context of U.S. politics, these wounds are now exacerbated. The bullies in power have been throwing one punch after another to disorient and confuse everyone, making it difficult to maintain balance within and without. I, for one, am in shock, having a hard time focusing on day-to-day tasks. Not only are they aggressively pursuing policies that undermine civil and voting rights; they’re also further entrenching the wounded Feminine by trying to end Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs, as well as withdrawing financial support to those in need here and in other countries all the while dismantling the entities that oversee their actions.

They want to limit the definitions of gender to align with their religious beliefs and suppress the language of tolerance and inclusion, while setting exclusive, anti-feminist, and anti-minority policies that impact our individuality, autonomy, and livelihoods. The key here is division, which is rampant in the world because the world is made of ego. Their rhetoric and behavior are perfect examples of toxic masculinity, characterized by dominance, aggression, and the suppression of empathy. His gendered attacks and derogatory language toward minorities not only perpetuate harmful stereotypes but also embolden similar behaviors in others.

However, this is a reflection of the masculine cosmic cycle reaching its end in the dreamworld. Of course, as it crumbles, martial souls will not go without a vicious fight. We cannot know how long it will take, or how it will emerge, but we must remember that Our Spiritual Revolution Is Unstoppable because it is the Divine Feminine reclaiming her turn in the cosmic dream. This is why, despite strong resistance, we’ve seen a notable resurgence of feminine energy aimed at healing these societal wounds and expanding awareness and a sense of community.

Movements advocating for our rights have gained momentum, with increased consciousness and activism around issues like reproductive rights, economic and workplace equality, and protections against discrimination and gender-based violence. But now there is a deep concern about the erosion of most of these hard-won gains, so it’s urgent to protect and advance these rights in the face of renewed challenges.

Opposing the Dysfunctional Toxic Masculinity

America is a concentrated version of the world, a melting pot of all cultures and viewpoints. It is also where a deep transformation must happen for the rest of the world to follow suit and for the Age of Aquarius (“for the people, by the people”) to get fully established, along with a new feminine cosmic cycle (see Self-Ascension Into 5th Dimension – Part One). We must move toward a more balanced and harmonious state of affairs, where both masculine and feminine energies are valued and respected. But how?

  • Setting the intention to heal and reintegrate feminine qualities such as compassion, creativity, community, flexibility, and openness. In other words, don’t be reactive!
  • Letting go of emotional codependency and the fear of being and expressing ourselves.
  • Gaining clarity about what we truly value, and why, so we can set firm boundaries in relationships and in the political arena.
  • Dropping the illusion that someone else is going to fix things, which is being in denial of the power dynamics that keep us wounded.
  • Participating in any way we can to stop the martial bullies from squelching our voice and our rights.

The battle we must fight in the external world reflects the internal one between our sense of self (or individuality) and our sense of otherness, which is the inner bully we have given too much power to that now doesn’t want to give it back. We cannot defeat a bully when we carry it within. It is our mission to restrain the ego archetype and give way to the Divine Feminine to establish the New Humanity, starting with the Age of Aquarius, where “We, the People” will reclaim our collective power, like we’ve done in the past (see The Power of Pluto in Aquarius and Other Important Changes Ahead).

Democracy Is the Feminine Expression of the World

Okay, now I’m going to be more political and direct because it is urgent to take action. If you are in the U.S., here are a few things you can do to save democracy from the Narcissist-in-Chief and the oligarchs and technocrats who want to trample over our freedom and well being:

  1. Make your voice heard: Call, call, call your elected officials (yes, many, many times). Be respectful but state clearly that you expect them, as one of their constituents, to stand up and hold Trump and Musk accountable for violating the law, jeopardizing your safety, and promoting a constitutional crisis. You leave a message if you cannot get someone to talk to (email is not as effective but can be a last resort). Better yet, meet them in person, if you can, during office hours or at events. Even if they reply with a generic excuse, the more people voice their opposition, the more they will feel the pressure of losing their position. They work for you, not the president.
  2.  Use 5Calls.org to take action: It is great resource to keep track of important issues and legislation, with contact info for your members of Congress and useful scripts for you to make calls.
  3. Support progressive candidates and organizations: This is super important to flip things through special and regular elections. Keep track of any upcoming ones or join organizations that keep you informed about these and other important issues regarding local and federal governments jeopardizing your rights. There are plenty out there, looking out for the Earth and your economic and civil rights: ACLU, Common Cause, End Citizens United, and so on. START (Study, Think, Act, Respond Together) has a comprehensive list at: 500 Leading U.S. Progressive Organizations.
  4. Do not isolate yourself physically or emotionally: It’s easy to feel defeated and powerless when you see such display of aggression. Trump is throwing one punch after another to confuse and exhaust everyone, and he’s an expert at it. Don’t fall for it! Observe the bullying techniques and dynamics but do whatever you need to recharge while keeping your finger on the pulse: exercise, yoga, meditation, dance, a creative project, joining your community, etc. Also, make sure you have someone to talk to about your feelings without fear of judgment or opposition.
  5. Try to dissolve the division: Inform others in your life of what is going on, because many of them are not aware, but remain detached and diplomatic to avoid confrontations. A good way to establish communication is by asking questions like, “Are you okay with… having a billionaire and a group of 20 year olds accessing your financial information… Or removing the organizations that oversee our educational system… Or taking away the financial support farmers need to keep their farms working and provide our food? How do you think Trump is going to keep Americans safe and healthy without agencies like the FBI or the National Institutes of Health? Being receptive doesn’t mean that you are agreeing with them; you want to try to help them reflect on things rather than attacking them for not thinking like you. If they’re too resistant or aggressive, stand back and leave them be, but you never know if you’ve planted a seed of awareness.
  6. Be proactive but remain detached: Take actions like attending peaceful rallies or demonstrations (always be alert and prepared to protect yourself), supporting and joining forces with organizations and people you resonate with, as well as staying informed while being neutral to avoid getting emotionally depleted. Do it without attachment or emotional charge—not as a “doer” but as a vehicle of Divine Consciousness, knowing that life takes care of itself through and for you. And remember that this is a dreamworld and This, Too, Shall Pass...
  7. Intensify your spiritual practices: Not only will this keep you more centered and neutral in the face of sudden or destructive changes; it will also have a subtle effect on your experience of reality.

I know none of this is easy, and the process is not without challenges and surprises. You must be prepared, informed, and ready to join the battle in whatever form it may take. Being here now is the result of your karma (the past) and it is also your dharma (the righteous path) to do whatever you can to make way for a new astrological Age and a new cosmic cycle. So contact me today to find the best way to wok together to heal the wounded Feminine on the planet and learn to transform your external reality from within!
